About Impromax, LLC
Impromax began life in 1997 as RKS & Associates, and formally changed it's
corporate structure and name to Impromax, LLC ten years later. Impromax
was founded by Rob Searson, who currently serves as its president and, as he
likes to claim, its CCA --Chief Client Advocate.
In the early years RKS & Associates was engaged in a variety of consulting
assignments, and also helped two other entrepreneurs found their own
companies.
In 1998 assessment testing was added to the consulting mix, beginning a shift
in the focus of the company. Today, because of the high-value information they
provide, assessment testing is incorporated into most of our consulting
services. We have found that the use of these high quality assessment
instruments reduces the time and increases the effectiveness of development
programs and coaching.
Over time our services have become more integrated and focused, best reflected
in our Mission, Vision and Value statements. We now design our programs and
services, and judge their success, based on improving client productivity and
performance.
Impromax is headquartered in the Cleveland, Ohio area, and most of our
clients are located in northern Ohio. However, we have had clients as far away
as Florida and California, and we will take our development programs wherever
our clients are located, world wide. Our assessment services can be offered to
any client within the United States. Non-local assessment clients are efficiently
served using such technologies as Web Conferencing. And, of course, the
assessments themselves are Web-based, so distance is never a problem.
In 2007 we added a branch location in Florida, under the experienced direction of
Dr. Dennis Smith. We also work with a small cadre of experienced, professional
trainers and consultants, enabling us to expand our expertise without having to
charge our clients for additional overhead.
