Robert (Rob) Searson had over 15 years of executive
management experience in a variety of functional areas in several
different industries prior to forming his own consulting business. He
combines this with decades of teaching experience to design and
deliver effective training and development programs.
After graduating from college, Rob taught high school English and
math for a number of years before entering the business world. He
worked in marketing communications and systems analysis before
moving into management. He has worked for Fortune 500
companies as well as small and medium-sized organizations. He
has held executive management positions in administration and
marketing, as well as general management. Rob is currently a
member of the adjunct faculty of Cuyahoga Community College
where he teaches management courses, including HR
Management, Operations Management, and Principles of
Management. Rob holds MA and MBA degrees from John Carroll
University, and is an APICS lifetime Certified Fellow in Production
and Inventory Management.
