Web-Based Assessments Make it Easy!
All the assessments we use from Profiles International are Web-based and do
not require proctoring. This means that assessment tests can be set up, and
can be taken, from any computer with Internet access. Test booklets are
available for those unusual situations where taking the tests over the Web is
not practical, as for example where you want to administer an assessment to a
large number of people in a group setting and there are not sufficient
computers available. The individual responses from the booklets are
subsequently entered manually, and the tests are computer scored and reports
generated the same as if they were completed initially over the Web.
There are two basic ways to set up an assessment
program in your organization:
1. On-Demand Assessment Testing.
Use Impromax for testing services on an as-needed basis. This is ideal for
those organizations that have an infrequent need for assessment tests. Once
you are set up as a client, you can just call, fax or email your order. We set up
your job candidates or employees for testing and provide them with all the
information they need to log on and take the assessments. Results are
automatically emailed to you when the candidate or employee completes an
assessment. We are always available to discuss the results with you, either by
phone, email or Web conference.
2. In-House Assessment Administration.
You purchase an Assessment Website Set-Up and assessment tests from
Impromax and have someone within your organization administer the testing
program. This adds a level of convenience and reduces assessment costs.
This is ideal for those organization who do more frequent testing, or who want
the added flexibility of administering the assessments themselves. The
Website you use mirrors the one we use, except is has your name on it and you
have full administrative control. It is intuitive and easy to use. You buy
assessments ahead of time and can set up job candidates and employees,
and generate reports, at any time. (You actually purchase assessment
"meters," which are sent electronically to your assessment Website. It works
similar to a postage meter--everytime someone completes an assessment
your "meter" count is reduced.)
But don't worry, we are still available to help you at any time. With your
permission we can even go on your site remotely with you and step you through
any situation!
